采用西門子828D數控系統（可選用發那科，廣數等品牌）,同時具有全手動操作功能

機械四檔+變頻電機無級調速/兩檔+大扭矩直流調速電機無級調速，恒功率范圍寬，扭矩大，具有車螺紋和恒線速車削等功能

電氣元件采用施耐德等名優品牌，獨立電氣柜配有空調制冷，確保電氣件的可靠性和使用壽命

自產的優質鑄件，人工時效處理，導軌面經超音頻淬火處理（達HRC50以上)，延長機床使用壽命，保證加工精度

橫梁配有防護罩，所有滑動潤滑部位采用自動潤滑系統，定時定量集中供油

高精度變速箱齒輪（6級）及高精度螺旋傘齒輪（6級），具有噪音小，傳動精度高的特性·配件齊全，售后完善，安裝后即可投產使用。

可選配件:德國美卡諾按鈕站，電動刀臺，恒流靜壓導軌，油溫制冷機，光柵閉環，加高床身，加長滑枕，半封閉防護，排屑器，水冷裝置，進口高級主軸，進口液壓站等。
